Sue's support is designed to help Headteachers and other leaders grow capacity in their schools. Organisations become more sustainable as leadership is shared and succession is planned. This is easier said than done and Sue, through her own experiences as Headteacher, provides empathetic and honest advice for developing leaders.
Sue Child has been a teacher for over 30 years with 15 years experience as a Senior Leader. Over 8 of these years was as Headteacher of a large Secondary School in the South East of England. Sue is a Chair of Governors and has been an area representative of a Professional Association. Sue is now using her experience and expertise in Inspection and is a Consultant specialising in the Leadership of School Improvement.
